To send and receive emails through Nili on your own domain name, you need to apply the following changes on your DNS (mostly provided from the company you purchased the domain name or the hosting company).
If you have NOT requested a domain name during sign up, to make your domain able to receive new emails, you need to apply the following changes to your domain DNS settings. Please contact us if you need help.
- Remove any existing MX Record;
- Add a new MX Record based on the email you received.
- Add SPF/TXT Record Type: TXT Record Value: v=spf1 a a:nili.email ~all
If you have requested a domain name during sign up, please keep in mind that your domain name will not be visible on the internet instantly. This process is called propagation and can take up to 48 hours. Until your domain has propagated, your email will not function.
The connect your mobile or email applications, please visit your control panel for server settings.
To check the webmail, please visit https://email.nili.email or https://www.YOURDOMAIN.LTD/webmail/
