Nili Email is migrated to our new platform. It offers more features and benefits and security.
What changes do we need to apply?
After March 14, 2020, at 23:50 EST, to send and receive new emails you need to use the NEW Platform.
OLD Platform (Before March 14)
If you are using an email application to send/receive email messages such as Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird, please use the New platform in your configuration after March 14.
Do my previous emails be migrated to the new server?
Unfortunately NO! To migrate your email messages, we need to directly access them!
You can migrate your own messages using an email application like Thunderbird described in this article!
When will the old server shut down?
The old server will stay up and running for a month for migration, access to the old emails and any potential unpredicted issues.

I am a paid client, I need help
After March 15, if your Nili email is our only contact point, we might lose the communication. Indeed, please use the Nili Client Area to create a new support ticket and let us help you come back to your emails.
Cant’ access client portal, then send us an email to info at nili dot email.
