If you mark a message as SPAM/JUNK on top menu of Nili webmail, our spam detector will get it as a signal and will consider the next time we get a message from the same sender.
If you got many spammy/fishing messages form the same sender, please inform us through our Support Portal. We will do investigate and if it is correct, we will block the sender.
In Canada, the Government considers any commercial sent message without prior consent as SPAM!!!
